disappointing. I?ve shopped at lush both online and in store for over 14 years. I love being in store as I find the team members really helpful and i?d rather drive the 45 minutes and pay way too much to park so I can support the high street. Today I was talked down to in a really passive aggressive tone, really upsetting. I?d brought in some old bottles to make use of the recycling/discount scheme but I ended up leaving and shopping online.

We visited lush in truro on Monday, we were welcomed by Kate, she was so lovely and instantly asked my daughter to help make some bubbles. This made my daughter?s day. She helped us pick out some products recommended for my daughter?s hair also, the two guys that worked in there also were smiling and seemed lovely! What a wonderful little store and great customer service !

My wife and I have visited Lush Truro on several occasions, with today being our most recent visit.
We've consistently had great customer service from the staff, who have helped us pick out gifts and even allowed us to use their fire exit as a pushchair-accessible entrance. Prices are always fair and their inclusive nature is appreciated.
One of the best stores on Pydar Street and in Truro!

Customer assistant Kate helped us find the citrus based soap we had been looking for, she then let my 2 year old son choose a bath bomb that she demonstrated with. After I mentioned the skin problems we'd experienced after using other bath bombs, she gave us two samples of oat based cream for my daughter's eczema.
She made our shopping experience a truly memorable and pleasant one :)

Popped in to Lush in Truro on Saturday with my daughter and her 7 friends on a birthday shopping trip. Lovely member of staff engaged with them and fizzed a bath bomb for them that they could touch and made up a mixture for then to try and blow bubbles with. Really appreciated the effort made for them!

Everyone in this store is always so helpful and knowledgeable but today I had a particularly lovely experience. I've had a few hard days recently and the ladies who served me really went out of their way to help me feel better, I can't tell you how much it meant. Thank you so much!
