disappointing. I’ve shopped at lush both online and in store for over 14 years. I love being in store as I find the team members really helpful and i’d rather drive the 45 minutes and pay way too much to park so I can support the high street. Kate was absolutely amazing! She helped us pick a present for my friends mum even though we gave her no real good guidance! But it all worked perfectly and she’s loved the present, thank you! X
