Stood waiting for 15 mins while 3 staff were attending to the same person, bit of acknowledgement would have been not too much affort?..complete arrogance, if I treated my customers like this I simply wouldn?t have any, the audacity to have please show respect signs up is laughable

Its a good bank but don't take a loan out with them. I took one for 60months and they changed it to 61 months , so they make an extra month. The contract application i signed says 60 and my bank said 61 so I'm disappointed.
