Another wait of over an hour for a prescription to be prepared. This has been going on for over 3 months and perhaps longer. It is blamed on staff shortages according to the notice. The pharmacy is situated adjacent to a main thoroughfare with sick people being trolleyed back and forth, passing by those waiting for a prescription ?-thus a high risk of cross infection.
If Loyds cannot provide an efficient service they should be replaced immediately.

It was obviously a difficult day for them and for patients: there were what seemed like literally 100s of people waiting to collect prescriptions, every seat was taken, people were sitting on the floor in the corridor and standing wherever they could find a space, I waited nearly two hours in a very unhealthy environment with people coughing and sneezing before deciding I would have to leave. At that point there were 30 people still ahead of me and the collection number I had been allocated. The Hospital Board desperately need to look at this service because it isn't working for patients at the moment.
I will have to go in again early tomorrow morning.

Not enough staff be willing to wait an hour to be served even if you just want some paracetamol!

They made me wait 8 hours to then only give me 2 pills. Not two boxes, 2 individual pills. Don't bother trying to call them, they have a habit of turning the phone off when they don't want to deal with their job.

I had a medication prescribed by my hospital dermatologist via an outpatient clinic. She had the prescription sent to Lloyds and asked them if they could send it to Three spires GP for me to collect, and within 3 days it had arrived at my surgery!
Great service and very convenient for me.

Refuse to give more than 1 months worth of medication even when the doctor prescribes 2 months. No other pharmacy has ever had an issue completing 2 months medication.
