The branch manager, James Miller, was short handed that day. He worked incredibly hard to replace my tyre, answer the phone, deal with customers and assist his only fitter on site (and he too was at work in spite of having lost his voice). Excellent service.

We had a slow puncture develop whilst on holiday so we called in to Kwik Fit Truro with no appointment. They were so helpful.
Within a few minutes they had squeezed us in and found a nail in the tyre. They were able to repair it there and then and within half an hour of arriving they sent us on our way to enjoy the rest of the day. Really great guys - cheerful, helpful and professional. Thank you so much.

I took my Skoda Yeti into Truro Kwik Fit due to a loss in pressure over night. I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me so really needed to get it looked at. My brother had said they were always really helpful, so i went as early as possible. They were unfortunately understaffed because people were on holiday, but got me sorted asap. They removed the wheel and cleaned it for inspection. The valve was leaking so replaced immediately, checked my other tires and topped up my washer fluid. These guys wanted me to be safe on the road! They knew I had a journey ahead of me with a loaded car and my son. You were under staffed yet still sorted me out with courtesy and professionalism! My journeys over the next few days were long, but safe and filled with confidence because of your work. Thank you so much from us both!

Truro Kwik fit has been absolutely amazing. Was booked in at st.Austell but they didn't have my tyres so I rang around different Kwik fit garages to find the ones I needed. Newquay had them but couldn't fit them today so James from Truro got them sorted for a transfer to his store. I made my way down to Truro for them to be fitted by Will. These guys have gone above and beyond today and I can't thank them enough.

Needed to have a wheel bearing on one wheel replaced and a tyre on a separate wheel replaced. My original garage let me down on the day and I needed the car done asap so phoned KwikFit Truro, they had a look and were able to fix both over two days (the tyre needed to be ordered in). Amazing team and amazing service. Thank you.

James was very helpful! We had a flat tire in St Austell on a Sunday and needed to come to Truro for a particular tire replacement. He guided us and was quick to put two much needed new tires on the car and share some thoughts on what we could do to improve the overall condition.

Our car had developed a terrible rattling noise, so we limped to Kwikfit Truro and asked for help - 2 staff members (one of them the manager?) immediately recognised the problem and fixed it there and then on the spot in 2 minutes, and told us there was no charge! They were friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, so a massive thank you to them for getting us safely back on the road, with the car fixed and all worries dispelled!
