My initial experience with Ernest Jones online was very poor. I ordered a product that showed good stock levels, only to wait a few days and then be told it was out of stock , this was hugely disappointing, especially as I was working to a timeframe.

I visited the Truro store for advice, and this is where Kayleigh completely turned things around. She took ownership of the problem, sourced me an alternative ring, arranged for it to be shaped by a reputable local jeweller, and had it back with me in time for the date I needed it.

Throughout the process she kept in touch, updated me at every step, explained exactly what would happen, and then delivered on it all. In a day and age where great customer service is sadly rare, Kayleigh’s professionalism and care really stood out.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend ordering through Ernest Jones online, but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Truro branch, thanks entirely to Kayleigh. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort”
