The whole team at HUS were amazing! But a particular shout out goes to Barnaby and Charlotte. All the viewing slots on the property were full, but Barnaby was kind enough to extend his own time so we could see the house. Charlotte kept us updated on all aspects of the sale and was always on hand to answer any questions. She is a fantastic sales progressor who expertly kept the ball rolling throughout the process, which would not have been half as speedy without her input. Overall, every single person we dealt with at HUS were really nice, and that helps a lot when dealing with a complicated process such as buying a house. Thank you HUS!

We recently purchased a property via Hus Estate Agents in Truro and would strongly recommend them for their knowledgeable and friendly service.We initially dealt with Jordana, who was our first point of contact and conducted our viewings. She was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Whenever we had any additional questions or requests throughout the process she went out of her way to deal with these and made sure we were fully satisfied.We also dealt with Barnaby, who happily dealt with any queries we had whenever Jordana was not available - we felt valued as buyers because no matter who was in the office that day we were always greeted with a friendly attitude and everything was always dealt with in a quick, efficient fashion.We would also like to give particular thanks to our sales progressor, Charlotte, who was superb at her role in making sure that the process was as smooth as possible and kept all of the parties on track and helped keep any delays to a minimum. She always went out of her way to make herself available and dealt promptly with any issues that arose.In summary we couldn?t recommend Hus and the lovely staff there anymore if you are looking to buy a new property - we would give them six stars if we could!

I cannot thank the team at HUS enough. From the start of the process, Barnaby was extremely helpful and returned to the property on a couple of occasions to re-take photographs. He worked very hard to ensure the house was listed and advertised to the best of his ability and both him and Jordanno made sure that they had all the details of the house when meeting with the interested parties. The sale was not straightforward! Charlotte has to be congratulated for going over and above her remit to complete the transaction. If ever I was in a position to sell again, I would definitely use this Company with it's fantastic team. Thankyou.

We have been buying a house managed by Hus, and their communication and support has been excellent through the whole process. Jordana was very clear and helpful when viewing and putting an offer on the house. Barnaby has been helpful and gone above and beyond to ensure we had the additional viewings needed since.Charlotte was then our main point of contact throughout the rest of the buying process, and she was absolutely amazing. There were various unexpected complications along the way and delays from the sellers, and throughout, Charlotte was clear, proactive and helpful in her information and guidance, she was a reliable, consistent support, she was persistent, organised and put in a lot of effort to resolve each issue that we encountered, and she was patient, friendly, accessible and honest in all her communication. It was a stressful process of buying this house but Charlotte was our point of stability and reliability in the process, and we are incredibly grateful to her for all her hard work and care!Thank you!

Today we have completed on the sale of my flat in Truro. From the start HUS have been a brilliant agent to use. Great communication and nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte, Sales Negotiator has been amazing. It has been a long and rather painful process at times dealing with non communicative solicitors but she helped me at every stage and has been a pleasure to deal with. We have recently sold our house and purchased a new house through HUS Estate agents. From the moment we contacted them through to the completion date and beyond they have been incredible (it was far from an easy ride). Their communication with us has been outstanding and they were professional at all times. We would definately like to thank Barnaby again as he was incredible but especially to Charlotte. No matter what the time or day Charlotte would always forward any updates to us and we knew she was always at the end of the phone, she became like a friend. We couldn't recommend HUS more to anyone and are very happy in our new home.

I can't fault the team at Hus, who were incredibly helpful at every step along the way. Barnaby, Simon and Charlotte worked really well as a team to move our house sale along without a hitch. Even when we had a fairly major issue that was neither our fault nor the buyer's, Charlotte worked really hard to resolve it; she really went above and beyond to help us. If I were buying or selling in Cornwall again, I wouldn't think twice- Hus would be my choice of agent.
