I cannot recommend Home Instead Truro highly enough. They cared for my aunt in her home for 5 years and were amazing in their support for her changing needs. The continuity of carers was particularly reassuring for my aunt and all her carers were excellent - always friendly and caring. The manager, Richard is very personable, as well as professional and caring. He was always available and quick to respond to any queries, which was especially welcome as I did not live near my aunt. Thank you to all at Home Instead for all you did.

As a newest member of the team, I have felt welcomed and supported by management and the great team of Care Professionals I support in my role.As not having worked in the Care sector before it has opened my eyes to what Care is and more importantly what good care should be and how it should be provided. Home Instead Truro, Falmouth & Redruth go beyond "just giving care" its personalised, empathetic and genuine, specific to each client.Care Professionals are trained and continually supported in development of their knowledge and skills, while maintaining standards of compliance that steer the high standard of care given to our clients. Some aspects you cant train and that is the patience and kind nature that all our Care Professionals have and that in turn helps them not only support the client, but also the family and or loved ones of the client, ensuring they feel safe and cared for at all stages of their time with Home Instead.If I ever needed a service to provide care and support to my loved one, I genuinely would employ the services of Home Instead and the team, as I am very lucky to know this is the best care that can be given.

I have worked for Home Instead for 6 years and I have to say they have been the happiest 6 years of my working life. The team of Care Professionals are amazing and the care and support they offer to the clients is second to none. I am proud to work for Home Instead Truro, Falmouth and Redruth.

I can?t rate this service highly enough.My mum is cared for by a team of warm, kind and friendly professionals. She feels looked after, listened to and cared for.The service is extremely reliable, flexible and well organised, going out of their way to ensure that my mum has all the support she needs.I would recommend this service to anyone looking for care for a relative, it has had a really positive impact on all our lives.
