“Visited this store to purchase wiper blades. The front of store is open, and airy, with payment/information desk at the front. The young man at desk (keane) promptly took my registration plate, went off and got the wipers. He then fitted the wipers for me. The whole process took less than ten minutes. Keane was very polite, knowledgeable and direct. Shopping at this store was a nice experience. Thankyou.
Ps, spend some money on the car park. Tarmac, some new lines, straighten the curb stones. This lets the front of the store down.”

“Amazing, in the current climate with COVID I felt very safe, as we entered and left, the staff cleaned the handles we had to touch. Everyone stayed apart and was considerate (seeing we had masks on). Fantastically run and fantastic staff.”

He never imposed his preconceptions, but he did make some really helpful suggestions. Communication with Claire in the office was very good, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Steve, who fitted the kitchen with the Dream Doors quality products, is a true craftsman; neat, polite, thorough and competent. I recommend Truro Dream Doors unconditionally.”

“The range has so much to offer. Iceland is also part of the store. You can get some great deals and offers on Iceland food.Great choice of homeware goods and craft/ art supplies. All very reasonably priced. Great choice of decorating equipment and supplies.Fabulous gardening centre, too. It is a great one-stop shop. They is a furniture department upstairs too.There are customer toilets upstairs too.There is a lovely cafe on the top floor too, with a good choice of food.”

“Great selection of both new & used goods. The St Austell branch gets some lovely furniture in & the Bodmin branch is amazing,so big! I never seem to have enough time to look at everything. The shops are very well laid out too,with attractive displays. The Air Ambulance is a fantastic cause & I will continue to support it, both by donating & purchasing.”

“The British Heart Foundation is an outstanding organization. I got my dining furniture (table and 4 chairs), ironing board, six feet Fridge Freezer, Smart Panasonic TV here and I must say it is great value for money.The staff are especially very courteous and more often than not go out of their way to make sure you get the best deals. I would recommend getting your household materials on the cheap here because they ensure all the products have been tested before putting them on display.Great thanks to all the donors and initiators of the British Heart Foundation. My partner and I bought our first house, and were absolutely clueless when it comes to painting. James listened to us, and explained everything to us. He didn't pressure us into buying anything. He offered us cheaper products that he believed would do the same job. He explained what each product does, the finish it gives and the price. He recommended how to do things and gave us quotes on a piece of paper. He also offered the staff toilets to me when he heard me tell my partner I needed the toilet. He must have spent about 30minutes with us all in all, making sure we had everything we needed. He explained he's now on holiday for 2 weeks, but if we have any issues or questions, to give the store a call and then be more than happy to help. Amazing customer service to pair of noobs who had no idea what they're doing. Thankyou James, we will be back once we decide on colours for the rest of the house!”
