My husband ordered on line vitamin B12 it said buy one get one free .Picked up parcel only one in box ,I questioned staff & apparently you have to order 2 at a time to get offer ! Never read anything on Website about it . I walked out but on returning home thought they could have given me a free one , please advise as not happy.

Amazing shop. Beautifully presented. Good range of products and Amazing offers. Staff so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. No query too small to investigate
. Very knowledgeable and ready to give advice. The staff really make an effort to thoroughly answer questions. They really want to help
If only all shops were like this one. I get the impression that they are very dedicated and are passionate about their work

I feel compelled to write following my elderly mum's visit to H&B in Truro where my mum was looked after by Vicky. My mum said she has never experienced such amazing customer service. Vicky was knowldgeable, patient and incredibly kind to my mum. if there was an employee of the month my mums vote goes to Vicky from Turo!! ;)

Lacking in customer service; waited at the unmanned checkout being studiously ignored by the staff, one of whom was stacking shelves. When he was asked a question by another customer he choose to bring him to the checkout and serve him.Must remember to use my invisibility to order on line with an alternative supplier, rather that stand aimlessly in a store.
