i am here pretty often! i buy lots of various items, including bits for my younger brother. the staff are wonderful, helpful and i can tell they work hard!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star .
Was on the phone to them other day and he was so rude when I was asking about something. Maybe train your staff to have customer service or don't you have "staff to train this"

Had to come back to store a couple of times due to issues with some earbuds I bought. Have to say staff didn't just acknowledge the issue but were very understanding and helpful in resolving it, so I walked away happy and will definitely be returning.

Be warned, when ringing HMV they say it costs 10p a minute. This is an absolute lie, they charge £1 a minute to ring them, avoid calling them.
The store is 5 ? though but disgusting calling charges...
