I have been working for Helping Hands now for a month, and I have never been so happy.Chloe & Ria are the most amazing people ever. They adapt clients and shifts around the hours that I can work. So as a mum it?s brilliant.I have never met managers who are so helpful not only with work but they are there for personal matters as well and can offer help, advice and appropriate help. We all work as a team and help each other.Helping Hands is an amazing company to work for and I have never been so happy. I would highly recommend anyone to apply and join our team??

I absolutely LOVE working for Helping Hands in Truro. I have been with the company for nearly a year and a half now and I can honestly say I have loved every minute of it! I am so lucky to be a part of such a wonderful kind and caring team of carers and managers who treat all of their colleagues and customers like family. Ria, Chloe and Leanne work so hard and go above and way beyond their job role ensuring that everyone feels appreciated, confident, valued, happy and safe at all times. We receive lots of advice, feedback, information, support and are always armed and equipped with all the knowledge and resources to do our jobs to the highest standard, leaving us all feeling proud and confident that we are always delivering the best care. I feel Helping hands is an extremely well led company and are consistently professional, approachable and available at the end of the phone or in person at all times if we ever need it. Ria is incredibly understanding and fits all of my care calls wonderfully around my chosen areas, family and other work commitments I have, so it is super flexible and they are always checking and asking if we have a good happy healthy work/home balance and on our well-being. If I ever want extra money aswell I always have the opportunity of picking up extra calls which is great! I particularly love the independence and trust you are given to work by yourself and under your own initiative. We are kept updated on absolutely everything and are given the fantastic opportunity of ongoing training (without any pressure) to further our career if we so wish. If anyone is considering joining the team I would highly recommend that they do! Sally xx

our experience with Helping hands has been fantastic. The staff are amazing people who go above and beyond with the care they provide. The support, care and detailed feedback is reassuring and offers peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hands to anyone who needs extra support.

I recently started working for Helping Hands.The induction was very thorough, and enabled me to approach my first solo calls with confidence.There?s always support from the office and from other carers.Although day to day work is on my own, I never feel on my own!
