Popped into the branch to ask about the savings accounts we have for our daughter, which would be a good route to take. The lady on the desk, didn't have a clue about any of the accounts, turns out she works for Lloyds, so the manager came out to say he couldn't advise us on what to do, best speak to a financial advisor.
So No help and No advice, which I replied that your making me feel like we should take our money and bank somewhere else.
That's exactly what I would do said the Manager!! Can I help with anything else ?
I just laughed and we left.
But honestly what a joke of a branch.
Customer service - ? Not here.

Good customer service, rarely have to queue for more than a few minutes. Good level access for buggies, etc.
