Bought a pork leg joint and honestly the meat was awful and before you wonder if I cook this wrong, please know I have had more success with basic joints. This honestly sucked. The butcher that I mainly used in Turo has now closed. So at a loss now for finding good meat. Have had other meat from here but nothing remarkable.... read full comment
