I always pop into Flourish when i visit Truro, if i have time, i sit in, otherwise a takeaway . Food is fab, im gluten intolerant and there's always a fabulous selection suitable for me. All freshly prepared.
Lovely friendly vibe from the girls working there.
Highly recommend.!!

We?ve been here before and never disappoints. Food and cake are delicious! The poached eggs are perfect and the yoke is runny and avocado is perfectly ripe. My husband said ?that was banging? the chorizo, feta and sweet potato was a perfect balance/mix. We will buying more cake for the road and we will be back.

Only recently found this place as it?s a little hidden away. Very, very cool café. Nice decor, great food, attentive staff and not too loud music!
Highly recommend the banana, choc and peanut loaf :))

The only thing more delicious than the coffee was the cake. Definitely made with love!

What a hidden gem! Food is out of this world and service is second to none. Had quiche and salad and was full for the rest of the day. Scrummy cakes too ??

My partner and I went to this cafe today. The cafe is quite dirty. We sat upstairs and a lot of black mould was present on the ceiling in the top right hand corner, which is a health hazard. A lot of the plants were dead, not 'flourishing'. We also noticed a lot of dust and cobwebs throughout the cafe. The cleanliness was enough to put us off, but we had already ordered and paid.
We both agreed that the food was mediocre. I ordered halloumi, avocado and poached egg on toast. It came with two slices, one of which only had the ingredients on it. The other slice was plain.
My cutlery also felt a bit oily to touch, which was off-putting.
However, the coffee that I had was lovely and the staff were very friendly.
This place looks cute on the surface and has so much potential, but until that potential is realised, we will not be coming back.

Honestly my favourite cafe in the whole of Truro. The salad was literally the best salad I?ve ever had with a big portion and the quiche was delicious! The ladies who work here are really nice and helpful too.
A true hidden jem of Truro.

Cosy little cafe with amazing gluten free options. It?s tucked away off the main street so you have to know where to find it. We didn?t realise there was seating upstairs and it looked full so we almost skipped it. The cakes are delicious and the salads and quiches looked amazing too.

Fantastic sandwiches this morning. I had a halloumi and fried egg sandwich and my wife had bacon and egg. Bread was very nice with a choice of brown or white. Nice cappuccino.Lovely little cafe.
