I very rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so as a testament to the customer service I received from Kayleigh , who I believe is the manager (or one of the managers) at the Truro branch of Ernest Jones.
My initial experience with Ernest Jones online was very poor. I ordered a product that showed good stock levels, only to wait a few days and then be told it was out of stock , this was hugely disappointing, especially as I was working to a timeframe.
I visited the Truro store for advice, and this is where Kayleigh completely turned things around. She took ownership of the problem, sourced me an alternative ring, arranged for it to be shaped by a reputable local jeweller, and had it back with me in time for the date I needed it.
Throughout the process she kept in touch, updated me at every step, explained exactly what would happen, and then delivered on it all. In a day and age where great customer service is sadly rare, Kayleigh?s professionalism and care really stood out.
I certainly wouldn?t recommend ordering through Ernest Jones online, but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Truro branch, thanks entirely to Kayleigh. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort

Exemplary service and a pleasurable watch buying experience at this branch of Ernest Jones. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but Rachel in particular was knowledgeable, gave good advice and went the extra mile to obtain different brands for me to try they didn't normally stock in that branch. If you're a watch enthusiast, live locally and normally buy online only, give them a try....they even make dogs feel welcome!

I took my Seiko watch to Ernest Jones for a service. The watch was sent off to Seiko for the work; which took a lot longer than expected. However, the staff there were superb in that they kept me Informed every step of the way as there were quite a few problems! They were very apologetic given that it was no their fault. If you fancy a browse, or to buy, this place is worth a visit.

Came in for wedding bands with my partner, was greeted by Liv who made me feel really welcome with no pressure. She made the ring sizing really fun and told us all about materials and styles that would best suit us which really made for a great experience considering the rings are so special!
From start to finish we were smiling all thanks to Liv, so professional and so easy going at the same time.

I have to say, this was the single best experience I've ever had when buying jewellery! Liv was incredibly helpful, friendly and made the experience so enjoyable. I felt welcome in the store from the moment I stepped in as I was greeted with a lovely smile which lut me at ease right from the start.

Perfect customer service.
We initially visited here a few weeks ago while on holiday. Had the best service ever. We then visited the same company in bath as we were off out again, intending to buy wedding rings. The service there was so poor we decided to do a four hour round trip back to Truro . So glad we did. Yet again amazing service from the moment we walked in.

We went in to the Truro branch today and were greeted with smiles and a friendly/professional nature by Tierney and Liv. We were looking to buy 2 wedding rings and were helped along the way. We ended up buying 2 rings with a very good turnaround time. Very impressed with all the support and knowledge from the staff. This isn't the first time shopping here either. Kayleigh dealt with us last time which is why we made the return journey. Amazing job all. See you soon

We were in Cardiff for the Springsteen concert and were just window shopping before we popped in to Ernest Jones in the city centre to take a closer look. We were served by Gabby who was very striking due to her bright green hair! She was extremely helpful and patient and very knowledgeable about all the ring options they had. She had so much enthusiasm and clearly loved her work. She was so good at her job that we went from window shopping only to buying two diamond rings! Fantastic customer service, thanks Gabby.
