Visited today to buy a new phone. After waiting for 10 mins eventually find an employee and then get completely ignored as they talk with another employee instead.

Went in to the shop as phone had frozen and was only 8 months into a 24 month contract. Girl I spoke to looked at it and then said there was nothing she could do, I asked if anyone else could look at it and she said no as they were short staffed. Was told they could send it off to be looked at but it could take weeks and there was no offer of replacement. Customer service was non existence and rude. I went to an independent phone shop and got sorted and was told I wasn't the 1st person that had come to them as ee let them down. Will be going to them again as friendly and sorted my problem no hassle.

We could have found cheaper, and did, but this has better connectivity than most for this area, worth the extra couple of quid. Staff very helpful

Went in today to enquire about changing phone. Gentleman was helpful right up to the point I answered 'no' to if I was going to change my phone today. Literally stopped talking to me and turned to another person standing near by to see if he needed help. Obviously won't be changing to EE.

Went in store for an appointment,(as couldnt be done online apparently) wet, windy, x2 kids, paid for parking etc,2 new upgrades were needed and a new device and contract, we sat down told the bird what I would like, she said it was out of stock sorry is there anything else I can help you with because I'm in a rush to catch a bus, and off she awkwardly went, I was just left sat there in disbelief.Been a customer since 2001.May aswell close all the shops as the staff aren't bothered, even the other 4 staff in the shop couldn't be arsed to help either just stood there yawning and talking amongst themselves.

Went in around Christmas time. Got told to book an appointment so we did. Came back for the appointment time and stood there for 40 minutes not getting spoken to, acknowledge or dealt with. Walked out without getting 2 new phones and will be getting them from elsewhere where. Joke of customer service.
