EBONY WAS AMAZING I went in to switch from O2 to EE and get the new iPhone 15 pro. The lovely Ebony served me. I was super nervous about going in but she greeted me with a smile and sorted me out in no time with my new phone. Switched me from O2 - EE no problem and even made sure I kept the same phone number!After only having the phone for a couple days I was worried about the battery on my new phone (seemed to be running out fast.) I went to the St Austell store. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience there.I phoned up the Truro store today and Ebony answered the phone where once again I was greeted nicely and she was so kind. She covered all my issues no problem. Amazing customer service from her and EE now have a very happy customer because of her! Thank you

Been to EE Truro today. Helped by Megan and she was a delight. Very knowledgable and very helpful. Transferred my data from old phone to new and made the whole process of getting my new phone and partners Apple Watch so easy and stress free. Best service we?ve ever at this store.

I have given them 1 star because I can?t give them less. I signed a contract with them for a mobile line and for home internet broadband back in December 2022 and was promised it would be installed by January 31st, 2023(Open Reach does the actual installation) the latest. However, it was installed until March 31st. In February I tried to cancel the contract through their customer service call center, I was reiterated more than once by their customer service agent that I was entitled to 5£/day for every late day and that it would be best to wait and not move to another company as ?they were all having the same delays?. The installation of the broadband was done 59 days after the promised date.I have just contacted them and not only spoke with an agent but also their manager who were rude, and basically said I was making this up. That they never promise any type of compensations for delay. I was blatantly lied to and manipulated in order to not cancel the contract. WORSE customer service I?ve ever encountered and such an informal company.

Felt just at home here?? might come in my pjs next time and have a good browse and a chit chat. I don?t feel any pressure to buy now, so I?ll return each day to learn more so that I get the right deal for me . I recommend meeting the staff and seeing how they can help you. Also check out the ceiling coving it?s food for the soul
