A big shout out to James from the Truro store!
My partner and I bought our first house, and were absolutely clueless when it comes to painting. James listened to us, and explained everything to us. He didn't pressure us into buying anything. He offered us cheaper products that he believed would do the same job. He explained what each product does, the finish it gives and the price. He recommended how to do things and gave us quotes on a piece of paper. He also offered the staff toilets to me when he heard me tell my partner I needed the toilet. He must have spent about 30minutes with us all in all, making sure we had everything we needed. He explained he's now on holiday for 2 weeks, but if we have any issues or questions, to give the store a call and then be more than happy to help. Amazing customer service to pair of noobs who had no idea what they're doing. Thankyou James, we will be back once we decide on colours for the rest of the house!

Abysmal. Sold us all the wrong sized paint pots, the mixer machine was broken and by the time they?d decided they couldn?t source another paint I?d had it delivered from Brewers. Waste of time. They did apologise.
