Order on the app drove to the shop 1 hour of waiting there (after they called saying about delivery it was collection) complained where was are pizza ?now going in the oven? 20 minutes later oh sorry we?re now making your pizza totally wait time after ordering at 7:58pm 1 hour and 35 mins ridiculous

Well known for pizza deals! It has to. 3 pizzas delivered, over £80! Had a voucher to get 50% off, only reason to buy..
Just sell it for a fair price, then you don't need the voucher.
Never generous with the toppings. Will only ever buy when voucher available.
Such a rip off!

Food is usually pretty good but EVERY SINGLE TIME they deliver they forget something. Each of the last 3 times we?ve ordered delivery an item has been forgotten and they?ve had to come back with it. I understand it?s busy but surely someone checks the order before they take it out the door.

I am not actually a great fan of pizza, but I was buying them for people who I work with to thank them for their help and understanding of a situation that they have recently had to endure.The staff member at Domino's in Truro did a great job, very very helpful.

Thank you Domino's Truro for saving my evening. After a crazy 7 hour drive from Birmingham to Truro I got to my hotel to check in and had the most horrible experience from a DPA breach to staff so disinterested they couldn't be bothered to take an order because it was minutes before closing even though they don't advertise a closing time. So what to do???? Order to collect from nearby Domino's, order placed and I then went to leave and the monsoon came from nowhere. I called on the off chance and spoke to Charlie the manager who said it was no trouble at all to change from collection to delivery. So friendly and helpful, very friendly delivery driver too. What a great team. Hot, tasty food and amazing service. THANK YOU ?

It's sad! I love Dominoes Pizza, and usually its just in-and-out and then you have pizzas in your hand... but not this time. Someone clever once said: ' Don't judge someome on their mistakes; judge them on how they DEAL with the mistake ' and this time, they failed compleately!!! I went to Dom8noes and ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a big drink, and was told it would take 25 min. After 25 min the display showed 'Order for Paul READY' but they could not find the order in the shop... so I said: OK just do them again and I wait another 25 min. After 10 min one of their delivery driver returned and he had got my(!) pizzas by mistake, so then I was finally given my puzzas. ...but when I asked for my sides, they could not find them, so I was given two sides from a shelf of pizzas and sides that never been picked-up (it said 'failed deliveries' on the shelf). At that point, having waited over an hour, I went with my pizzas, sides and drinks. Now, pizzas was sort-of cold, but we could eat them. Both sides where not only cold but downright stale, as if they been their for hour (chips was stone hard and cold... sort of dry, from having been prepared A LONG time ago. The ONLY OK thing on my order (costing around £27) was the drink, but even that was warm, as in not having been in a fridge. The worst thing is that it could all have been so easy to fix: make me new pizzas and sides, and all would have been fine. I even told them I didn't mind waiting 25 min more to help them fix it, but no. Dominoes failed me on every point.
