“It is refreshing in this day and age to know that such stalwarts as Malletts store still exist. In an age where Customer Service often means ringing a group of people, hundreds or thousands of miles away, who do not understand your issue and cannot help, it’s wonderful that there is a company who still believe in good old-fashioned, respectful customer care. Mallets is such a company. I had cause to speak to them today with regard to an electrical item I required and their advice was invaluable. Robert handled my call and he was polite, respectful, listened to my request and advised me on the best options for my scenario. We need more companies like Malletts who believe in serving their customers to the best of their ability to find the best solution for their issue, rather than try and sell me something I don’t want, don’t need and won’t solve my problem. 100% top marks to Robert and Malletts, long may they remain in Truro! “Not keen on the self service, especially when you buy clothes with the tags on now it's your responsibility to take them off, your asking for trouble not all people will put them in the bin provided, your asking for trouble!”

“The range has so much to offer. Iceland is also part of the store. You can get some great deals and offers on Iceland food.Great choice of homeware goods and craft/ art supplies. All very reasonably priced. Great choice of decorating equipment and supplies.Fabulous gardening centre, too. It is a great one-stop shop. They is a furniture department upstairs too.There are customer toilets upstairs too.There is a lovely cafe on the top floor too, with a good choice of food.”

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the lady in the lingerie department in Truro, lovely lady short dark hair, wearing spectacles and a measuring tape as a necklace!
I’m in my 40’s and I have never been measured for my bra size, today I went with the intent of purchasing bras at the size I thought I always was, after 4 sets of trying on, I asked whether there was any fitting/measuring appointments, the assistant gave me a slot within 30mins, I was anxious to being measured.
The lady that measured was polite, reassuring and discreet.
After measuring the lady went and came back with bras to try, the first bra which she helped fit was THE most comfortable bra I have ever had the pleasure to wear, looking in the mirror I felt and looked amazing, the lady informed me my size and I was blow away that I had been wearing completely the wrong size for so very long, I was actually tearing up as I couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt.
