Absolutely awful service been waiting for over 45minutes and no one came to help me with a fridge. Ending up leaving me to drag the new fridge to tills from upstairs to down stairs to purchase

Bought a ceramic hob, which was cracked. Took back to store same day, customer service was extremely poor. Made us wait for 30 stood in front of desk, with no apology or did either of the two staff members look to see. It was a straight exchange and despite all the other staff standing around doing nothing we still had to wait. Need to train more staff to deal with customers it's not good policy to keep staff waiting without acknowledgement. Will not be using Currys again
