Needed a decent pair of walking shoes for an upcoming trip. So pleased I went to Cotswold Outdoors. They measured my feet, which doesn't happen in some other outdoor/camping shops, and advised me properly to get me the best option. Really good service and I'm delighted with the shoes.

Staff member upstairs in footwear department just didn’t want to be there today , felt like I’d put him out by asking about boot cleaning products… a similar product that I was looking for was out of stock and he clearly couldn’t be bothered explaining what other products they did have … sorry to have been an...
