I ordered a decaf caramel latte. I was given a normal latte. I took it back up. They added syrup. I asked that it was definitely decaf. Tonight I experienced the best customer service from your wonderful staff. Whilst they were preparing to close the store, I explained that my dad was very ill in hospital and my mum had requested a coffee.
