I visit this place twice a week for at least 3years but today I feel disappointed because the ladies make the drink for me is so rude to me.she just put down the drink and don?t say anything until I ask her is that my drink.i say thank you but she no say anything.i think she need to improve her customer service.i don?t think i will come back to this place to order my hot chocolate cause today i have my cold chocolate throw into bin.

Go in every week for lunch after doing some bu upsiness Notice there is something wrong with a step as you come through the door Has been like it for weeks.No sign up or any knowledge there is something wrong with step.Today a lady tripped and fell on floor .She had a walking stick and a caliper o leg.luckly her friend was holding onto her.I had to help to pick her up and sit her on chair.The Manager did come over and asked if she was alright and fill out an accident formThen left and never came back also out of kindness offered her just her a FREE COFFEE

Neither of the coffees tasted great and there was lots of uncleared tables. The tables that we sat at that was clear wasn't very clean. Noticed there was no loo roll in the toilet either ?
