We were served by Heather and I?ve honestly never experienced such horrific customer service. She was extremely rude, blunt and had a serious attitude it honestly shocked me and my family. I work in hospitality myself and have never experienced anything like it. I?m hoping she was just having a bad day or something.

Such a poor attitude by the chap behind the counter to our request to sit on the sofas by the window at 4pm in the afternoon
He was monosyllabic and gloomy and was happy to closed off the only window seat with daylight in the cafe.
There was one other customer in the shop, tables were uncleared.
My kids looked shocked by the attitude. We sat in silence with £17 worth of drinks and did not feel welcome or valued. Time we will never get back.
Never use the Costa in Truro Victoria Again
So many better friendlier locally owned cafes in Truro - not this one.

Woman was rude and was just chatting to colleague instead of serving me. When I had my drink ready a little bit went over the mouth piece to drink from and the woman put her finger on the overflowing drink and licked her hand which is not only unhygienic but unprofessional. Didn?t get her name but she had blonde/ginger hair Curly in a ponytail.

Hi I've been in your coffer shop today and feel very disappointed. I don't know what happend to your customer service but there isn't any. I was served by a young guy that had no personality whatsoever. There was no real knowledge of what your were saying. He didn't even look up he moved away to make the order without saying a word and it was the same when I collected my order. You would be better with staff who want to work and understand if it wasn't for the customers he wouldn't have a job. I meet up with a friend every month and we normally visit yourselfs. I think it's time for a rethink. I live in truro and they are lots of coffee shops to choose from.

We stopped by after a long drive from London on Tuesday and Megan was opening the coffee shop. The shop was clean and presentable from the night before and the barista was extremely accommodating. It was lovely to see her interacting with the regulars, remembering their usual and the stories they had told her, all while providing a clean and fast service. Thank you so much for our peppermint tea and heating up our mince pie. Keep doing what you're doing Megan, because you are putting smiles on people's faces. I didn't catch the name of the colleague working with you that came a bit later but the two of you work really well together, especially as it got busier. Well done and thank you again!
