He never imposed his preconceptions, but he did make some really helpful suggestions. Communication with Claire in the office was very good, and nothing was ever too much trouble. “Friendly helpful staff + knowledgeable. Clean and tidy. So much stuff in there! Whilst they didn't have everything I wanted helpful suggestions were made as to where I might get the items. They had about 80% of what I was looking for, the other items were quite niche.”
