Popped in for a quick rear mech hanger realignment at the start of a 10d cycling trip. Staff were quick to fit my in to fix it on the spot - greatly appreciated. However, was charged £20 for a 5 minute job which seemed a bit steep. Replacement bought online afterwards at almost half that price.

Friendly, professional and competent ... Can't fault them.Phoned them with an intermittent fault, took my Cube Hybrid in, faulty head unit found and repaired, collected my bike ... all on same day.
