Two different staff members told us complete different shoe sizes for my daughter! I dont think any of them know what they are actually doing and it feels like they are being really pushy and want you to buy the shoes, I wonder if they are on some sort of commission or have to meet sales targets as its all very pushy, shoving boxes of all different sizes and widths in your face untill you buy a pair. They looked annoyed when I said how none of them are fitting my daughter which they weren't. I found the staff quite rude to be honest! We then went next door and found a pair within 10 mins that fitted perfectly ?

We popped into the Truro store on the off chance of buying my son?s school shoes.
We were welcomed by a member of staff (the manager I believe) and directed to Annabelle.
Annabelle was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient, the whole experience was straightforward and we left with a pair of well fitting shoes and feeling very well prepared for the new term ahead!

I attended the Truro store with my daughter last Friday . We were seen to as soon as entering the store. Jen looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. The ambience in the store was lovely. The other girls were very helpful to other customers too. Keep it up we had a 10/10 experience

Manager went out of her way to make shoe fitting and finding school shoes for my daughter successful. Assistant Niamh was fantastic too, friendly, patient and a perfect help also.

Called into Truro branch. Had a foot operation recently and find it difficult trying on shoes. I was served by a young lady called Jade. She was amazing. Made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Came into the store feeling anxious. Left feeling at ease and laughing. Plus a new pair of shoes. Thank you so much Jade. X

Clarks is usually a resonable value for basic everyday shoes. However, on our visit yesterday the young sales person pushed very hard sell tactics with questionable regard for truthful conduct; it was very unpleasant. We bought one pair on sale and made our escape. Beware the pushy hard sell!

We went into the Truro store to get my little boy measured, due to having a foot brace we were worried this would be tricky. Olita quickly approached us and instantly put us at ease. She measured my boys feet and showed us all the options we could have. She was so helpful and understanding from start to finish, even if that meant changing sizes of the shoe to correctly fit over his brace. She was very knowledgeable of the odd shoe scheme and was able to explain it to us very clearly. Olita made this experience very pleasant and fun for both my little one and I.

Bex was so helpful and patient when fitting our 18 month old grandson with 2 pairs of shoes it made the whole experience pleasurable and our grandson enjoyed it as well ?

This was the first time that I'd shopped in the Truro Clarks shop, I was drawn in by the Sale sign.
I bought some sandals and trainers for myself and 2 pairs of sandals and some trainers for my granddaughter.
The sales staff couldn't have been more helpful as the left foot for 2 of the shoes were difficult to find in the stock room but the sales assistant didn't give up and eventually were successful in finding the matching items.
The staff were really lovely, they were happy to offer advice and were really approachable.

We visited to get the feet of our three young children measured. The customer assistant, Jade, was very friendly, patient and helpful and we were very happy with the experience. Plus there was a special offer on which saved us some money!
