I took my two girls in to get their second ear piercing done. The lady that served us was extremely pleasant and friendly, she explained the cost of the earrings that the girls had chosen.
When I came to pay the other lady put the sale through and went to put two bottles of aftercare in the bag, I explained I only needed one. It was explained to me that it was part of the package, implying they were included in the price. I checked the receipt once I had paid only to realise that I had been charged 15 pound each bottle. I am extremely disappointed that this was not explained in the first instance, I have paid the 30 pound for my children as they used their Christmas money to buy the earrings. It was not clearly communicated and not only that was then sold as part of the package, when clearly it is not! Shame on you guys.

Got my second lobe piercing done at Claire?s in Truro and Alessia made it a brilliant experience. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend.

The young lady Elise is a credit to the company. Our daughter just had her ears pierced and she was very professional, informative and friendly. She?s also the only member of staff working so is also dealing with other customers wanting to make purchases? I hope the company recognizes her hard work and how she remains calm under pressure. Not a situation I like to see people in but having said that it?s great to see her maintaining a positive attitude and rising to the challenge!

Had my second ear lobe piercings done here. The distance between my first and second piercing on each lobe is noticeably different and they pierced one side at an extreme angle which is particularly noticeable when wearing hoops which then point in the wrong direction. There have been lots of consequences as a result of this wonky piercing, leading to doctors reviewing whether minor surgery is going to be needed. Only piercing I've ever had here and only piercing I've ever had any issues with - definitely do not recommend.As an alternative, Ships to Shore in Falmouth do quality fuss-free piercings for a fair price with all of the appropriate equipment, knowledge and hygiene standards.

First of all, do not get a piercing with a gun!Go to a decent studio and have it done by professional.The young girl who pierced my sons ear was not qualified enough to understand that people have different sized ear lobes, and that you ALWAYS use a piercing a lot bigger to allow swelling.I didn?t notice how small the piercing was until is was imbedded in my sons ear and we ended up spending over 4 hours in A&E as the piercing got more and infected and swelled around the piercing completely causing and open wound and my 10 year old boy in agony.Had to dig it out of an open flesh wound, and these piercing as pretty hard to get open which made it more painful.Not qualified and should not be done!Do not take your kids there!!

We booked for our granddaughter to have her ears pierced today , on turning up we were told no one was there to do it , why take our phone number and not call us , we had a very dissatisfied little girl who was her on holiday with us and was very excited to get the pierced .. Thank god for Superdrug who were very professional and we had a happy little girl? shocking service Claires

Lady who pierces ears there was so rude! I wanted to treat my little sister to get her ears done for her 16th birthday, despite being unemployed and on a tight budget, and the lady practically refused to tell me the prices of the different earrings, and encouraged my sister to take the most expensive pair! Not a fan.
