“I found The sales team to be absolutely excellent when purchasing the car. The four year service plan has also been top-notch to date. When the service is due, the car is collected from Home and returned to me at the end of the day with all the work done. The same can be true for the MOT and all for around about £45 per month which is locked in for the duration of the four year term. I’ve certainly been pleased with the service department, but have a minor quibble after my latest interaction: I had to call in because our alarm kept going off for no particular reason. This had been something of a problem under warranty previously under and a part was replaced. On this occasion, the Mobilo service was sent out to our Home and a mechanic came with the part required and installed it. he said it was a well-known problem and apart that was no longer used as it wasn’t really up to the job the new and improved part has not given any problem since he fitted it. He did say that we should be in touch with Mercedes Truro as they perhaps should buy some of the cost given the cars low mileage and being just out of warranty Has she felt they might bear some of the cost. In the event the request was totally ignored. This was an expensive part for a fairly new car of low mileage. Experience has unsettled me a little from my 100% five star previous experience.”
