Coming here is always a treat for me because the vanilla lattes are definitely something very special also the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble I also especially like the luxury hot chocolate you can't get hot chocolate anywhere else like this and they would definitely recommend anyone visiting a cafe Nero to definitely try it!

Just had a coffee and met up with family.
They were sitting in the window with No drink but was sorting out her baby.
Service was excellent as they carried my tray of drinks . Had drinks in .
Dietary restrictions: I just had black coffee. Especially if I'm not sure.

Service was appalling. Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes. 3 staff behind counter and not even one acknowledged me. They weren't busy with customers. Finally someone did say they'd be with me shortly but by that point I walked out. Very disappointed - usually such good service in Nero's.

Been here twice and both times the atmosphere here has been amazing, staff are extremely helpful and very kind. If you want a calm cool and welcoming environment I totally recommend here

The coffees, hot drinks, milkshakes etc from Caffè Nero are very enjoyable! The place itself is quite small and cosy, but can get quite busy at times. There are a wide range of beverages from lattes to iced lattes, and my personal recommendation is the Chai latte! It has the perfect amount of cinnamon and spice to it, and gives winter vibes <3

Rarely visit this Nero. I do visit the other Nero in town on a daily basis - the one in Boscawen Street. Staff are brilliant, as is the atmosphere. Food a little pricey! Coffee delish!
