Doctor prescribed ointment for me to collect at the next door Boots - where I was told that they?d have to order and best to come in after the new year - called again today - original order marked ?discontinued? but they were able to reorder ?

Having been having my prescription managed by Boots at the health park for many, years, the staff have always been friendly even when they have been overstretched I have stayed through loyalty even though it takes up to an hour to get prescriptions sometimes but today I had the misfortune of speaking to the rudest women when I phoned to question a missing item from my prescription for the second month running, she told me that the service clearly wasn?t working for me and to go somewhere else I was stunned as I wasn?t rude just enquiring, a shocking way to behave I am going to make a formal complaint (not something I do) and definitely won?t be returning I?m fuming

You can wait 20 minutes to park, and then wait anywhere fro 30 to 60 minutes to be served. Sometimes the staff are polite, and at others they are very rude.I suspect they are too busy to remember any customer service skills. They need more staff and then perhaps things will improve

There is a 90 minute wait for ANY prescription! Be aware if you visit Dr. then queue to hand prescription (lengthy) and then wait 90 minutes (if they are on time), you'll get a parking fine for going over 2 hours! 10 days to get my repeat prescription, had to phone, (1st time ever they answered which was so surprising and the lady was nice!) then they processed it in 4 hours. I am on text system..not working. Worse since Sainsbury's Lloyds closed, but it never really worked. Parking awful as shoppers park there.

Awful Customer Service, gave me the wrong medication even though I rang and confirmed earlier in the day that I was allergic to the tablets they gave me. Will never use Boots again. Telephone is never answered. We're more interested talking about what they were having for dinner than confirming the correct prescription.

Yet again prescription not processed. Had been sitting with pharmacy for over two weeks - nothing done. Went in and items to be delivered next day. Should have been done two weeks ago. The pharmacy appear to be very disorganised with a chaotic ordering method. My wife's prescription order has been going on for over a year, and travelling managed a correct order on 2 or three occasions.

These staff are so lovely in here, they actually listen to you, and make you feel like a human being with their 1st class consistent caring nature. Last month one went above and beyond to sort a little issue when they were so busy, I forgot to get her name.Prescription ready 99.9% of the time.Thanks very much for the great service.

The staff at the shop are lovely and very helpful, I'm just experiencing problems with my monthly meds. Delivery Late and not all items, but had a good chat to pharmacy and I feel it will it will get back on track, time will tell..
