I brought a mattress from you and you gave a 5 year warranty 6 months in and we called about the noise from the springs you said nothing is wrong now just over a year in and the noise is ridiculous I've sent you 4 videos and none of them are good enough for you you should be ashamed your 5 year warranty is a joke as you now have told me that you do not make this mattress anymore I wonder why is it because it's rubbish and now you are not even replying to my email my advice is stay away from Benson for beds totally rubbish company

From choosing and ordering, the process was quick and easy. The goods turned up exactly on time and as ordered and were delivered up quite awkward stairs to the correct room. All round excellent job at a reasonable price.

Jamie was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. We have looked online and narrowed down to what we thought we wanted, Jamie helped us find them in store and left us to consider our purchase, but was always available when we had queries. In the end we decided on a more expensive bed frame than we were planning. We had previously renewed our mattress last year from this store and had great service then as well. We visited other local bed shops who could not be bothered to leave their desk or even acknowledge us.

I have been looking for a low divan base with continental drawers for quite a while. I was nearby and so I popped into the Truro store just on the off chance. I was served by Kevin who was incredibly helpful, he understood what I was after immediately and was able to offer me a solution so I decided to buy there and then. He was really great, and very much in contrast to an experience I'd had at a different local store where they'd told me what I wanted wasn't available, and tried to pressurise me into buying something that wasn't suitable. Well done Kevin, he's an asset to your company!
