“The young lady Elise is a credit to the company. Our daughter just had her ears pierced and she was very professional, informative and friendly. She’s also the only member of staff working so is also dealing with other customers wanting to make purchases… I hope the company recognizes her hard work and how she remains calm under pressure. Not a situation I like to see people in but having said that it’s great to see her maintaining a positive attitude and rising to the challenge!”
