The shop is ok but the Post office counter staff (Certain ones) Need to retire, had to place a packet on the scales that was prepaid, she printed nothing did nothing and took packet. NO reciept offered.

Glad we got the most friendliest staff at post office. John before was amazing and so are these.. Trish is very good at her job. They are all great. Can't talk whilst concentrating on their work. But always a friendly smile. Very welcoming.

Probably the best Post Office I've ever used. Friendly, very helpful staff. Nothing is too much effort. After 53 years in London, I'm very grateful for this service.

Lunchtime today counters closed so had to use the shop Postal Counter.
The package being returned I was instructed by the seller to return as 2nd class large letter even though they will dispute it... it was a phone case in foam in a suitably sizes jiffy.
Sarah owner or shop and Manager said it's too large so must go as parcel.... having already tried it at work I took the size gauge and pushed it through pointing out it was purely the foam making the extra friction.... she was adamant it required more than reasonable force...... it clearly didn't as I passed it through one handed as had gauge in other.
Settled on small parcel return but we will see if it goes astray like another package did using their shop postal counter.

Friendly and helpful - even at very busy times. All the Post Office services and a more than reasonable selection of stationery and cards. The surprise is the knitting corner!
