Following an allergic reaction to something on my skin but being away from home, they were really welcoming to me as a temporary patient. I was told that I had been put on the doctors triage list and would receive a phone call. This happened promptly and the doctor was lovely, listened and was empathetic. After receiving photos via a secure online service she rang me back and organised a treatment plan. Sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and they were there within the hour. Such a lovely safe service we'll set up for these Covid times thank you.
