This office had an urgent package for me with a customs charge, but didn't post a card for it to be paid, so has returned it to USA. I have been chasing it with no luck, because RM only lets the sender know tracking details. No one can speak to anyone else in Royal Mail, even internally it seems, so nothing has any urgency attached and the opening hours of this sorting office are a joke. Truly appalling service.

Google needs updating opening hours for penbeagle sorting office isn't 4-7pm on Thursdays it's 8-10am . Appears to be no evening slot at all for picking up missed mail no good for working people needing to collect after work.
