Three years ago, I shopped here and a gentleman who moved here from London was nice and friendly. I remember that we had a chat about the differences of living in St Ives and London. This time, it was unpleasant and disappointing shopping experience. I browsed the shop myself without any assistance. The staff as shown in picture below were not helpful as I struggled to tap my Apple pay on the little machine. They were not friendly.

Helpful friendly staff, excellent customer service, lots of lovely items too. Nothing was too much trouble for them, as we needed a couple of items in sizes that were not out on the shop floor at a time.

What a lovely friendly store with great and attentive service from all the staff. We visited the store on Saturday and having dressed for a much colder day than it turned out to be ended up getting a whole new outfit for my husband to wear straight out of the shop. After a lot of trying stuff on we finally made our purchases - the guys could not have been more helpful.

Shopped in the store frequently due to my wife and I both being superbly looked after over the years. The guy who often serves us always seems to remember things we have previously chatted about and feels like warm welcoming store hence our visits always coming at a cost.
