Neither 'hello' nor 'bye' came from the saleswoman. Not a friendly shop.

Helpful friendly staff, excellent customer service, lots of lovely items too. Nothing was too much trouble for them, as we needed a couple of items in sizes that were not out on the shop floor at a time.
