Unfortunately, this shop has proven unreliable as an Evri partner. A parcel was lost after being recorded delivered to them, and I have since learned they regularly refuse larger packages to be delivered/collected. This makes the service unsuitable for people who can?t be at home to receive deliveries and rely on parcel shops as a secure alternative. Collection times are also limited and inconvenient, which adds to the frustration. Overall this side business shouldn?t exist at the spar and should be re located to a store that has capacity to deal with the demand of deliveries without discriminating against parcel sizes.
Will no longer be using their services.

Absolutely disgusting service from a VERY rude and unhelpful women who put the phone down on my call when I asked why my daughter could not collect a parcel delivered to her shop on the weekend - apparently she was too busy, however there was not one single customer in the store yet she refused to help my daughter in a difficult situation. A rude, ignorant and patronising women who refuses flexibility and a wish to help.

Use Carnellis Spar pretty much every day. Never had a bad experience here. Staff are great, Deep is great, have pretty much everything stocked you could ever need AND you can send your parcels ! If you want something stocked they don't have Deep is happy to try and source it for you.

Its an really good store, it has a wide range of selecction of multiple products.The staff are friendly and have helped me out of multiple occasions.Always smilling and happy.

The blonde haired woman (Sarah I believe) that works in this shop is an absolute disgrace to human society. The way in a which she speaks to customers is that of a common street worker and would better fit into a soho strip bar! Or better still jump off the harbour and take a swim to godrevy to be with the barking seals! Where she would fit right in. Needless to say I will never shop there again. Update! Mr Patel. If you can't see what's happening in front your eyes then ask yourself why are more and more customers shopping elsewhere when this horrible woman walks around the shop speaking to customers like she is above everyone else and owns the place??? Pity you can't employ more like the guy that works there who polite!

The women behind counter so unhelpful and rude, seeing they are Evri drop off they keep changing the times, now only doing monday till Friday 12 - 8 no weekends. So unprofessional why offer the sevice
