Have used this shop numerous times over the years, the service is always excellent and very relaxed without any pressure to buy. The guy who owns the business is knowledgeable and on hand to give advice. Brought my wife a lovely pair of Carolina Herrara sunglasses which she absolutely loves. Been down to St Ives for the bank holiday weekend from Wales ???????. Called in to have “ a look”, and came out with 2 watches x One for myself (Olivia Burton ?) and one for my husband ( Hugo Boss ?) . We felt very relaxed looking around , very helpful service by the gentleman in the shop. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am not at all happy with this shop. I love all of the little shops in St ives but this one in particular we were stood outside eating a pastie. There was three of us. I a 15 year old, my auntie in her 40's and my younger cousin who is 12. A member of staff came out and said exuse me and clearly wanted to get to the window.... read full comment
