Couldn?t renew my driving license because weekend staff are unqualified to take a photo tried to do it on a Friday but a woman at the PO counter told me the system was down wasn?t helpful at all when I asked where else I could do it luckily Truro WHSmith has no such problems

Lovely little shop. The girls are lovely and all very helpful! I?m in there weekly for work and they?re all so chatty and lovely when you?re being served. They go out of their way to help you and good selection of products for home and business.

I was on a tea break today and went into here to see if they had a vegan snack and they didn't have anything, so I began to leave, this young girl comes over to me and shouts can you put all that stuff back please to which I was very confused I had been in the store less than a couple of minutes, and the worker was stood right by me the whole time. I only had my phone on me so pulled that out of my pocket as I said I didn't take Anything, and then she asked me to pull my pockets out, which she is not allowed to do! I already had which she saw and went back behind the till and she said, just that was a bit Sus though, i didn't understand, so I just left, I was very upset by this and can't believe the accusations from this worker when she had not seen me take anything, as I hadn't, so can't come over and about At me. I will be complaining in store to the manager. This is not Customer Service.

If I could give no star I would. Was told we walk in Saturday to do passports . the lady small, grey hair with glasses (gwene) she was called. No one else in the queue and she refused to do our passports because she?s on her own and it will take half and hour, there was NO ONE else in the queue. She was very rude and abrupt. I tried to put a complaint in and was told there is no manager. In the sign it says we won?t except rude behaviour but was ok for gwene to do so. Absolutely shocking .

Visited recently and the customer service was very good. I was assisted by a trainee young lad, the store was busy and he was brilliant, helpful and polite. Was a pleasure to be served by you aaron.

WH Smiths in St. Austell incorporates the Town's Post Office. It is handy for paying bills etc. W..H Smiths is a very expensive shop and the staff: I find, are rude and unhelpful.
