EXCELLENT SERVICE - car keys.
Popped into Timpson @Tesco, St Austell today for advice on getting a spare key for my car. All sorted in about 20mins, gentleman so helpful & at a fraction of the cost quoted from VW dealer for a spare. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Wife needed a tricky repair to an expensive pair of shoes. The stitching had come apart on one of them. Timpsons of Truro did the repair and now the shoes are like new. Really pleased with the result.

The Gent that works here is a delight to deal with. Very helpful and friendly, makes for a nice change.
We always use this place for both work and home keys, shoes & boots.
(Also very handy location with tesco and lidl right ne t door. And a good cafe over the main road.

Excellent Service and Great Price for new car key. Went to timpsons as the case had broken on our Vauxhall Key. They cut new key and transferred all the mechanics into the new key case and it was half the price the Vauxhalldealer wanted to replace the key. Excellent service, highly recommend. Would use them again

Taken my Original Toyota Key which I bought from Toyota to be cut?
Got refused as they only cut there non genuine keys and was offering me that lol.
Honestly we should support more local Buisness not greedy companies?..

He got greedy now, 30£ for a simple car blade with no transponder or remote? No way. When I made my last key a year ago he was charging 15 something, I would understand 5 pounds more so 20 pounds in total but 30???? No no no too greedy

what a fantastic service today Shane at Timpsons Photo Booth St Austell Tesco from he was friendly, helpful, very efficient and above all funny! I will never ever use an automatic Photo Booth again as the human service is the best by far!!!! More humans, less machines please! thanks Shane and have a lovely day ?

Went in to tesco st austell branch to see if a new key blade could be cut for Hyundai i30 as blade was about to break away from base could only do a whole new remote key or non remote spare key. Opted to have a spare non remote cut for now was done in half an hour no problem, unfortunately the key was copied from the original which I did not realise didn?t fit the door lock not timpsons fault just over looked by myself. Anyhow later that day the original key blade broke so caught it just in time. Top service from the bloke unfortunately didnt get his name 5 stars from me

The gentleman who did my nieces boots was very helpful, friendly and professional, went that extra mile, was expecting to pick up my nieces boots mid week, had a phone call the afternoon of the day I dropped off boots, to say they were ready for pick up. Amazing service..thank you totally recommend.

Range of services available and knowledge impressive. However prices for keys are out of this world. I was charged £14.00 for three padlock keys. I could have bought four padlocks for less. Worst of all I was charged £22 for two Lucas tractor keys subsequently found on Amazon at less than £5 for six keys. Timpson's prices a rip off. Will be more careful in future
