Yvette and Jack were amazing. Mum felt dizzy but they took her to restaurant - free cup of coffee and stayed with her for 20 minutes.

Very good shop had all the items I wanted. I passed afterwards the Tesco mobile section and they had there some phones on display that I wanted to try and they were so friendly and they letted me try all the phones I wanted to without any issues ?

We are on holiday in Looe where some of the most challenging roads exist, very slim, steep and winding. A massive shout out to James who pushed our shopping up one of these hills and still was polite and friendly and professional. The delivery drivers who battle these roads in order to deliver your shopping and make your life easier, should get paid extra. You really need to be very confident & fit. Thank you so much James, Tesco are lucky to have you!!

Never again. Store opens at 6am so I went to do a shop as I was up early. You can?t get to most of the produce as there were so many click and collect people and people stocking shelves. Most of the bread was inaccessible and I had to move massive trolleys to get a loaf. By the time I?d done a full shop I got to a whole row of closed checkouts. The only ones that weee open were the tiny self checkouts. When they finally did open I was served by the rudest woman. She was chucking my shopping through the scanner, squashing my bread, putting heavy items on top of my salad items. Absolute no F?s given. I actually just wished I just left my whiole ship on the till and walked out. She said 2 things, club card? And the total. Not a good morning or any eye contact whatsoever. Absolutely fuming. This was 7am - 26th July .. so if someone could have a word with her. There was about 7 people behind me also as only one checkout opened. I will not step foot in there again.

So, it's Tesco. No surprise there. But... this one appears to have no staffed checkouts. There are self-checkout machines AND self-checkout conveyor belts. I'm literally doing Tesco's work for them. When you're disabled, this is complete pain in the posterior. I reckon Tesco owe me £10 for the work I had to do.

Good afternoon We have been shareholders and satisfied shoppers at Tesco for many years. Today at Tesco St Austell was a bad experience. There were ONLY 4 tills serving customers the rest were self service. There were long queues and a lot of very unhappy customers. Please open more proper tills

Bought salad here yesterday on the 12th of Dec. Today is the 13th. Salad expiry date 15th Dec. Salad leaves are wilted and brown already. Not fresh at all.

Good store and fuel station on site.
Loads of parking, easy to get to.
Timpsons on site.
Generally really good. Good layout.
Shame they don't have the deli, meat and fish counter any more as I used those alot.
Replaced deli with rowes bakery. Which I never go to or use.
Rowes is expensive for any of their food.
Should bring back the deli, meat and fish counter.
The reduced section by the fridges isn't really that brilliant of a deal. Compared to the list price.
Good selection of every thing.
Carpark is good has been redone, shame they have put the speed bumps back in. They are really aggressive. No need for them. You need to remove them.
