I went to Subway last night. And the lady working in there 'Yana' I think her name was.. was absolutely brilliant, she was working on her own and she has excellent customer service and very hard working (she was very quick and attentive to our orders and more hard working than anyone I've ever seen) This is the first time I have been served at this Subway by such a kind, welcoming member of staff who looks like she loves her job and is very committed to it. This lady definitely deserves a pay rise or at least some recognition of value for her hard work from the company. She seems like such an amazing lady.

Went in with my husband who has a gluten intolerance, the male staff member that served us had a fantastic knowledge of what was gluten free. Inside was clean and the other staff member was fantastic.Definitely recommend.

Excellent subway service, but with the most fantastic staff you could ask for. Everyone is lovely, friendly, and just wonderful!Vegetarian options: Great veggie options, and plenty of vegan too!Kid-friendliness: The staff couldn't be nicer to my child. Even letting him taste a new product to see if he would like it before we bought. Yana and the manager are just so lovely.

During our holiday to Cornwall we visited Victoria Junction Unit 3 Amenity Building, Bodmin PL26 8LH on 25.10.22 @ 16:30. The lady behind the counter was truly kind, pleasant, helpful and needs a reward for outstanding customer service. We will most definitely be visiting again during our holiday. Excellent food.

Didn?t even get to order, only ones in the shop, reading the above menu and told to stand next to the wall to read it not in front of the counter. Absolutely crazy and rude, so walked out with family.I wouldn?t employ this chap in my business.
