Food was cold sandwich barely toasted tables dirty despite staff just standing around. If your charging £10 for a sandwich and a drink you need to UP YOUR GAME! Won't be coming again and I'll be telling all my friends how rubbish it is

Just had subway at Cornwall Services. We were quite late arriving but the 2 staff members on duty were absolutely lovely and served us with care and attention. Very very good customer service, thanks ?

Wanted to order my son a bacon only sub. After waiting 15 minutes to wait to be served, I was told, in no uncertain terms, that you can only have bacon in a BLT. I told them I just wanted bacon, but was informed that bacon is an extra. Ansolute joke!

I visited this Subway today, decided to order through one of the screens in the restaurant. The terminal was not overly user friendly and I had two attempts at placing an order. My number was showing as 'being prepared'! I tried to catch the attention of an operative who ignored me twice, I then heard my number called and asked about such in the sandwich, to which the same operative shouted at be 'its the notorious BMT, you should read the screen!' With her attitude, I asked for a refund, she then shouted at me, 'we don't do refunds, you should read the screen!' This went on for about 15 minutes, I demanded a refund and 4 of them tried with another on the phone. In the end a young gave me a cash refund and I thanked her for her help. This was followed by a barrage of abuse from the operative. I told her that 'she should learn some customer service skills!', she just continued as I walked away. There were two Eastern European operatives who were the rude ones, they were both aggressive, argumentative, rude and totally in the wrong. I will be taking this matter higher within Subway as both of these should never have been employed as customer facing staff. I certainly will not be back to this Subway and will encourage others to avoid.

On route to what was about to be a very long journey to Download festival, I ventured into Subway with dreams of a delicious tuna and mayo sandwich. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a culinary adventure that would rival the plot twists of a blockbuster movie.
I ordered my classic tuna and mayo with lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, and olives. The sandwich artist, with the flair of a mad scientist, began his masterpiece. The tuna was dolloped on with the precision of a surgeon, and the mayo was applied with the enthusiasm of someone squeezing the last bit of toothpaste from the tube.
The veggies were another story. Lettuce and tomato were added with abandon, creating a foundation for what would soon be an architectural marvel. Sweetcorn sprinkled in like confetti at a surprise party, adding a burst of unexpected sweetness to the mix.
But then came the olives. Ah, the olives. They looked innocent enough, but one bite and I was questioning my life choices. They had a flavor that was both mysterious and slightly alarming, like they'd been on their own secret mission before ending up in my sandwich.
As I bit into this creation, I was hit with a whirlwind of textures and tastes. The tuna and mayo provided a creamy backdrop, while the sweetcorn added pops of sweetness. The lettuce and tomato were refreshingly crisp, trying their best to keep things normal. But those olives...they were the wild card, adding a peculiar tang that left me puzzled and intrigued.
Despite the olive oddity, the sandwich was an adventure worth every bite. It was a rollercoaster of flavors that kept me on the edge of my seat, wondering what the next bite would bring.
In conclusion, Subway is the place where your sandwich is more than just a meal?it's a story. A story of surprise, delight, and the occasional questionable olive. Thanks for the ride, Subway. I?ll be back for the next chapter!

Got to pipe up as they do not take £50 notes. Legal tender and it's Subway's policy. Shame on you Subway.

We were famished as we went to the subway in Cornwall services and ordered 3 footlong subs. They were great. The 2 workers over there named Yana and Alex were amazing at what they do. The food was great too and because of staff like them we feel at home and want to eat there continuously. Hence all of us ate there throughout the time that we stayed in Holiday Inn. I must say even if it was so busy both Yana and Alex did amazing management of the service and kept up to excellent standards. I recommend this subway to anyone going there just because of the amazing service that was received.

Although the place was heaving because it was half term. Staff were very friendly and apologetic when my order was not quite ready. The staff were polite and ready to help with anything despite being very busy. The team in this subway are absolutely delightful.

Terrible sub. 4 tiny pieces of 'chicken tikka', no cheese that I ordered and black olives inserted that I didn't order (I can't stand black olives, so I spent 5 minutes with my hands inside my food taking them out) at least they toasted it I suppose. This is 3 on the bounce with subway and will now be the last.
