From the start of putting our property on the market we have excellent service from the St Austell team. Nothing was too much trouble could call or email them and would get a quick response. Always willing to answer questions and give advise.Would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the estate agent, Stratton Creber. Today alone, I have attempted to contact them six times, and on every occasion, my calls went unanswered. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of this company.As a potential client, I expected better customer service and communication from an established estate agent like Stratton Creber. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of attention to customer inquiries, especially when I have important questions and concerns that need to be addressed.Not being able to reach them on multiple occasions has caused unnecessary delays and inconveniences in my property search. I have been left hanging, unable to get the information I need or progress with my plans. This level of negligence has severely impacted my confidence in their ability to provide adequate support and assistance.In addition to the unanswered calls, the lack of any alternative means of contact or a prompt call-back only adds to the frustration. It seems that Stratton Creber has failed to prioritize customer service and prioritize their clients' needs.I would caution anyone considering working with Stratton Creber to think twice before doing so. If they cannot be bothered to answer phone calls promptly and address client concerns, it raises serious doubts about their dedication to customer satisfaction and their ability to handle important real estate transactions.I hope this review serves as a warning to others and as constructive feedback for Stratton Creber. Improving their responsiveness and customer service should be a priority if they wish to maintain their reputation and attract satisfied clients.Sincerely,

From the outset our property sale was dealt with in a professional manner, with each step being explained very clearly and any queries answered quickly.Communication between all parties was conducted from this office in a polite manner and we could not fault the whole process.In the future there will be further conveyances for which we would have no hesitation in approaching this office with instructions, and would recommend others in a similar position to do likewise.Many thanks.

We cannot speak highly enough of the customer Service we had with Stratton Creber Estate agents in St Austell, during what was a routine sale an issue with our house unexpectedly turned up and we had tremendous understanding and support from Dean, Finn and Stephanie at the office, no matter how many issues appeared with our house they helped us at every turn until it was sold. We also briefly dealt Dan with the Rental division and they were equally helpful Bravo Stratton Creber, Paul and Michelle ex Sunnyvilla

We cannot be more happy with the way these guys helped us through our house move. They were so patient with us, nothing was too much trouble. Our house was promoted really well. Dean, Andre and the team did everything they could to help the system along and really understood our needs and concerns.

I've been recommending Stratton Creber and in particular Andre Gerry since we put our offer on what is now our new home. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept in touch throughout the whole process, providing additional support with a polite and friendly demeanour. If I ever decide to move again, I will definitely be in touch - there aren't many professional organisations that can genuinely boast a personal approach alongside a professional service, but the team in St Austell most definitely should. Thanks to all involved for all your help, really appreciate it.

Have been purchasing a property for nearly a year through Stratton Creber, due to circumstances on both sides of the chain kept changing, however this has been made easier by Andre Gerry as he kept in touch with us on a regular bases via phone and emails. He would always go above and beyond for us, there was nothing to much for him to do. If selling i would recommend Andre to be your agent, as he doesn't stop working until you have exchanged key.

Andre was very helpful from the first call of waiting to view a property through to completion. He kept in regular contact to ensure a smooth process. If Andre was not available, whoever you talked to was very helpful. I have used Stratton Creber in another town and received the same level of service. Would highly recommend Stratton Creber. Cannot fault.

Andre could not have been more helpful and very professional..finding the house that was exactly to our requirements.then all through a roller coaster of a sale of our existing property he was a calming influence always there with advice and reassurance.

We had a very large house to sell. If Andre hadn't put in all the work he did, it wouldn't have happened. Our buyers were using Purple Bricks, they were so useless that Andre ended up doing all the work they should have done too! We have sold 5 properties, but it was the first time with Stratton Creber. Glad we appointed them. Very professional, efficient, thorough, and patient at such a stressful time. Andre kept us informed every step of the way. It wouldn't have happened without him. We cannot recommend Andre highly enough.

I sold an older property in Mevagissey through Stratton Creber. Andre and Dean found a buyer within 2 weeks and made each step of the process straightforward. The transaction was complicated by my being an expat, and not having seen the property I was selling for many years. They rose to this challenge admirably and although their quote wasn't the cheapest they delivered great value. They also offered good advice when faced with complications that the 'sold unseen' presented.
