Broke my glasses ,so I went into specsavers and without an appointment fixed my glasses very quickly and free of charge.

Husband has to go in to have his hearing aids attended to and to pick up batteries So I can only comment on that Staff have been friendly polite and very helpful

The actual test felt rushed.I explained my right eye had deteriorated badly.After the tests ,you are asked to read a some wording on a book.My fault,as I used both eyes,I should have tried reading with my bad eye first. Arriving home and reading a magazine, I checked my right eye on its own,and found no noticeable change at all.£200 wasted.Im not one for going back,but they will be handy for painting. Will visit a professional opticians next time.Lesson learned.

Been a customer for over 20 years and always satisfied in the past.However my new glasses that I have had for just over a month do not seem any better than my previous prescription.So dissapointed that I feel my new prescription needs reviewing

Very good,would have liked a little more time for eyes to adjust when changing lenes when being tested everything else was fine

I have with specsaver for years and always been look after. But recently the appointment time has become a problem. Long waiting list. But overall I am happy with my visit.

In general very pleased, but doubtful about reading books as I find myself lifting the glasses slightly to improve clarity.Also find it very irritating when coming in from the cold the glasses steam up and I cannot see where I am going.

Excellent service at Specsavers as usual. I was issued with my new specs after the 2 year check up and these glasses are great. I experienced no problems during the first couple days and the specs are quite comfortable to wear. Thank you ?
