Bit annoyed with the post office set up. Went in to specifically use the post office as I wasn't buying anything from the shop, but got told to join the queue of customers who were buying items from the shop. This seemed pointless with only one girl manning a til, then having to shout for another girl to operate the post office. What was the point in making me join the queue. I could have just waited by the post office bit.

Really disappointed twice I have asked for a cheese and onion pasty and they give me chicken and vegetable worse pasty going and a waste of money again! Sort it out other then that can't really complain good job I'm not a veggie

To be honest, without this Bugle wouldn't really be anything. A lovely little corner shop that whenever you need a quick essential item you could pop here and get it. Prices are reasonable, staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend if you live here

Lovely little shop with friendly staff who are always helpful if you can't find something. Their pasties and hot food is top notch. I have mixed views on the post office bit being put there though, more responsibilities for the staff and greater risk of being a theft with more money being present. I hope cctv is tightened up on. My only other slight complaint is I'm not a fan of having the newspapers put outside, as when it rains some of the papers are wet and it rains a lot, not much we can do about that lol. Other than that keep up the good work. ?

Big mistake putting the post office in this shop. Only went in for a can of coke, but the staff seemed over whelmed with customers and parcels either being brought back or collected at the post office section. Car park was rammed and cars parked all the way up to the school and back around towards Mollinnis. What normally takes a few minutes took quarter an hour.

Good shop but old staff (very old one) has big problems with remembering stuff or to recognise they regular clients( same with the floor manager). For example my experience today: I just woke I see that I have no coffee,no tabacco so I grab fast my key car and bank card and drive to shop to buy them. I was thinking I don t need my wallet with me after going 4 times per week for over 2 years and 2 months on same shop. And guess what? The very old woman ask for ID I told them I came in rush and I have only my card and key car with me. She said something like sorry but no ID I can not give you. And i said I come here for at least 2 y I present my ID to every employee in all this time more then once, even to her for at least 4 times. She said she doesn't recognise me and ask the manager, and he said the same thing. (Last time when I showed my ID to him was 2w ago). So, yeah, this is all I have to say.. they ruin my morning, they made me feel bad and for that they lost an old client
