“Great store in terms of parking, and available stock. However, each time we go, the queue at the checkout is always 4 or 5 people deep, with only 1 or 2 colleagues working the checkouts. The staff are helpful, and store is well laid out, but some improvements could be made to ensure checkout and customer service runs more smoothly.”

“It's a clean modern area of town, security staff usually around.Suffers like many towns of empty stores, national chains closing, like Wilko, Peacocks, Edinburgh wool etc. New restaurant opening next to the cinema Jan 2024, looks good.Although some locals criticise the White River place, I think its fine.A very good multi storey car park with reasonable charges and never full. Just pay on the way out.Multi-screen modern cinema, Costa, Argos, New Look, Iceland, greengrocers, butchers, TK Maxx and an actual bank (Lloyds).Several independent stores.”
