Had a message today, can't deliver my parcel due to access issues! What he really means is that he can't find the address!You have 1 job!I also had a parcel stolen by someone in your yard before Xmas, we know it was at your yard because they replaced it with a tyre inflator that was missing from your yard!Now I have temperature controlled meds that will be no good!I don't know about striking for a pay rise! You need a pay cut!

A next day special delivery parcel but never cared to open the door and leave the parcel inside but took it all the way back to post office. I would give minus star if I can. Really disappointed.

Don't ask. Went to pick up parcel from sorting office came home and another card left to pick another up. Don't understand why it can't be left in front porch.

Had waited ages to receive a parcel sadly missed it but did have a card through the door, so went to post office as per card walked quite away with Multiple Sclerosis and it made me physically ill made a lot worse by the fact they were closed not even a note on the door furious as that parcel was an essential to my needs, have always supported them in the past however now decided I don't give a toss.... Why no note on door?

4 attempts now to collect a package and the gates to customer service are locked despite both the signage and website clearly showing as open , there are staff on site but seem unwilling to answer the phone , had sympathy for the strike action but this does not help the cause

Had been expecting an extremely important package yesterday, to be signed for. The postman/woman never rang or knocked on the door-I know because I was right there, and instead left the red slip saying it was on its way back to the post office. Utterly appalling, and not the first time it?s happened.

Must say I phoned today as a parcel I'd posted on 6th Dec hadn't arrived. I was assured by a very nice man that it would get there but that they were very busy. It was delivered to my sisters at about 5 o'clock today. Just wish I'd sent it 2nd class as 1st didn't match. Still happy though ?? oh and might I say that my local postman is great. Love him??
