This was a life saver. I had to take a final at midnight while in England, and my laptop was dead (I guess I'm a poor planner) the ordering process was super easy and smooth. Thanks for saving my behind!

Awful pasty, filling was an unpleasant soft and mushy texture with a horrible taste and also vastly under seasoned. Cost £3.60 for the medium size and the ruff along the edge was too big by far. Not an experience we will repeat. I suggest trying elsewhere.

Scan and go staff are absolutely atrocious! Ill be going to bodmin asda from now on. Absolutely mortified by their disgusting behaviour and attitude!

Have just returned from StAustell branch and was disgusted by the state of the self service checkout. The first one I looked at was left with a liquid spill over the scanning glass and the second was smeared all over the glass. Obviously these are not being sanitised and cleaned regularly as they should be.

Problem with my cash back voucher. It would scan but then say invalid. The Asda employee on the Customer Service desk was amazing. She was very patient, very polite and friendly. She managed to sort my issue out despite it being quite time consuming for her. She completed the transaction for me with a smile. Thank you very much.

Popped in for a few things and decided to grab an all day breakfast for myself and a Thai green curry for my mum in the cafe, The lump behind the counter was rude to an older lady in front of me and took forever to make her a cup of tea, we exchanged sarcastic comments about how cheerful he was, then my turn, He asked if I was ordering hot food I informed him yes, so he then told me I had to go back 5 foot and order from another vacant prat busily leaning on the counter, I was the only one in the queue at this point ,I vented my frustration in admittedly a loud sarcastic fashion but for goodness sake he could of literally spoken to the counter leaner from where he was stood, then I tried to pay with my card which he told me wasn't contactless so I duly entered my pin, this simple process took 3 attempts I'm pretty sure he was messing it up on purpose because others who were already seated were laughing at his rudeness and ineptitude, now seated I had to wait ages, bloody awful service.

I very much enjoyed my lunch and coffee here. I have also eaten at Asda in Bodmin. The food is good, nothing spectacular, but more than reasonable money wise.

we always do shopping here when on holiday. the shop and car park are always very busy. they always have lots of product choice.

I will one day confirm that Basil Fawlty is the manager here I am sure! Tonight, the start of the Bank Holiday weekend there are no bags at all...just how are they running this place? Shelves are still permanently empty and never faced up resulting in having to crawl on the floor to get items from the back of the bottom shelf. Managers there need a kick up the backside...too complacent as there is no significant competition locally. Please sort it out...apparently run by experienced retail managers who can't ensure there is accessible stock on the shelves or tonight even carrier bags! I think Fawlty Towers may actually edge St Austell Asda on the competency of management.

A great shop with lots of beach stuff for tourists, basically you can buy everything you need here from wet suits to a cornish pasty. Busy with holiday makers and locals, shuts at four on sunday.

A reasonably good sized store which is always busy. The restaurant is fairly inexpensive and serves good value food but again tends to be busy.

While holidaying in Cornwall we needed provisions and dinned here with our grandchildren, superb service and delicious food at the cafe.

We regularly use this store when in St Austell and always stock up our self catering cottage on arrival and have never been unable to find all we need. The freesh fish counter is excellent as is the pizza deli.
